Computer was "dead". Jeff was very professional and tried to "revive" my computer. He picked it up, worked on it, thought the problem was fixed, double checked and it was dead again. One of the best things...if he can't fix it, you don't pay. Very reasonable! Already gave his contact info to a couple of friends.
