Great experience! Unfortunately problem was not solved, the problem is due to a defected graphic card. However he tried different routs to make it work around it, but since the pc still have the warranty, i will reach out the manufacturer to replace it. I would not had been able to diagnose the issue myself, but with his help now i know what the problem is and I will reach out the manufacturer. Will keep him in mind if i ever need help again.
