We ended up fixing the problem ourselves but she was SO prompt and helpful. It’s stressful going through technical issues especially when you really did need the computer. I highly suggest contacting her and getting a quote for your project. Try her out!

Ms. Grant did a fantastic job helping me resolve my computer issue with my second monitor. She was polite and professional, as well as very patient and knowledgeable in her field. I work from home and it’s essential that I have two monitors—needed it up and running by Monday morning. I’d called several different companies to no avail. Not only did Mrs. Grant figure out the very complex issue I was having with my monitor, she contacted me the next day as a follow up to make sure it was working properly. I would definitely recommend IDFR and will contact this company for all of my computer questions and concerns! Last her price was reasonable! Thumbs up!👍🏽
