- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for reviewing my profile. I’m offering a 15% discount for anyone who contacts me and decides to book me that same day. I’m also going to include an upgrade which will allow you to receive ALL session images regardless of package. We offer you various package options as well as individual/a la carte pricing options. My prices are fair, other than the offered discounts my price won’t change much unless I’m running a special to my previous clients or followers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi everyone. I follow a process that ensures the client is clear on what will be delivered, cost and payment options. First: When you reach out, I respond by phone or text to determine your needs. For anyone who books the same day I provide a 15% discount. I offer the option of a free 15 minute phone or video consultation meeting (no cat fishing here, I’m a real person). Second: You are provided a service agreement with the cost, 48 hour delivery time (not this is 2 weeks for weddings), payment options and location. Third: I confirm meeting details 48 hours prior to session. We meet and have an awesome photo shoot/event Finally: 48 hours after the session you are sent an online photo gallery with all your images (lightly edited), you select the photos you want professionally edited (number of photos depends on package purchased), final edited photos delivered in 5 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m obsessed with learning. I’ve taken numerous Photography courses, participate in photography groups, subscribe to photography content and meet with my photography mentor regularly. There is so much to learn and explore, I will never be bored. Offering 15% discount for bookings same day as inquiry.
