- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to speak with each customer regarding their pest issue. Some infestations may be more extensive than others and it is important to see the property to determine the course of action for a resolution. Once determined, services are provided accordingly along with any follow up recommendations for customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner/operator of Pest Konect is licensed and certified to perform pest control services by GA Department of Agriculture. Pest Konect's own/operator also brings 10+ years of knowledge and experience that provides quality results for the customer.
