Andrew was prompt and showed up on time to complete the job. The work was completed at my rental property, so I was unable to be present to observe the work, however, my tenant is pleased with the fix. I feel I may have been a little overcharged for what needed to done, but options were limited. Overall, I will pleased.

I explained the best way to assess the damages at Dana's rental property and told her what the price would be. I then proceeded to the property on our scheduled date and time to find out that the tenant would not be there. We then had to reschedule for another day. At which I promptly returned to complete the job. My pricing still remained the same. It wasn't until the job was completed that Dana believed it was too much.
