- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $60 an hour, & any travel over 20 miles there is a $15 travel fee. TV mounting is $125 per TV. I am currently offering a discount @ $100 per TV mounting until July 14th.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I speak with the customer to gain insight & details on the project they want completed. After that I game plan with the client on the most effective strategy to accomplish the goal. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up as the son of a master mechanic / painter so I've been working with various tools since birth. I began assembling puzzles & model cars at the age of 3 & naturally that love of assembling turned into me being able to start my own business doing it.
