Definitely the most professional installer/assembler I have ever used. He brought a complete set of tools and even had pads he used on the edges of the furniture parts when moving them upstairs so nothing would get scratched. He also promptly reported small flaws that he found in the furniture that were not his fault, posting a picture to me immediately when it was discovered. Great experience and will absolutely use again.

Great experience with PTB! I needed two items assembled: 10 tier shoe rack and cube organizer. Phat reached out to me quickly after I sent him a message stating I’d like to work with him. He was pleasant and polite in each of our conversations. Phat arrived exactly at 11am on the day of the appointment. He assembled the two items with ease. He cleaned the work area and did not leave a trace of debris. Phat explained the work he did and made sure I understood how to use the items going forward. I look forward to working with Phat again!!
