Definitely the most professional installer/assembler I have ever used. He brought a complete set of tools and even had pads he used on the edges of the furniture parts when moving them upstairs so nothing would get scratched. He also promptly reported small flaws that he found in the furniture that were not his fault, posting a picture to me immediately when it was discovered. Great experience and will absolutely use again.

The best furniture installer! I normally don't recommend people as I'm super picky but this vendor was amazing! Communicates well, arrived on time, completed assembly of 10+ items in the window given and cleaned up! He is for sure my go to for all installations and moving items.

Had Phat come by this afternoon to put together a bed, and everything was terrific. He was very responsive yesterday when we were making the arrangements, he shot me a text an hour before our appointment, and he arrived right on time. He was extremely pleasant ( + good with dogs!), neat in his work (shoes off and brought blankets to protect the floor), took care of the assembly of the new bed, and also volunteered (at no extra cost) to finish taking apart my old bed frame. He even offered to break down boxes and carried the old bed frame downstairs to make it easier for me to throw out. Great work, but also lots of those extra touches that are a big help and tell me he has a real mind for great customer service. Would definitely recommend for any assembly/installation-type work!
