- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At A1 Garage Door Service, we offer great promotions, as well as Military, Veteran, and Teacher discounts. With A1 you will receive the best service, best parts, and the best warranty; and most importantly a friend in the garage door business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors
