Michael came out from Balanced Garage Doors and was not only understanding, professional and kind, but worked diligently to fix our garage door. From the moment he arrived he surveyed the area and door and knew the problem from the jump. He moved quickly to get the job done for us. He finished in under an hour and made it seamless. The door works better now than when we first moved in. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish with this group. I would 100/10 recommend them for any repair or garage door needs.

Needed a quick turnaround with a malfunctioning garage door on a day I was set to travel out of town. I received an immediate call at 7am just after seeking help on Thumbtack and the technician was at my house by 1020am. He identified the problem quickly - my garage door opener was shot - and had a new garage door opener installed for me by noon. Great service. Great value. I would highly recommend.
