- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the materials being used, the level of prep work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending years working for other companies, I realized I was really good at running a handyman business... and there are a lot of really bad handyman out there. So, I thought it'd be a good opportunity, and something I knew I was good at. We've just grown and grown from there.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust yourself. Hire the person that you are most comfortable with and make sure everything is in a written agreement.
