- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing for each job depends on the type of service needed & what the customer wants done. We do give discounts when a customer is referred to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, We would arrive at their home at a time that is convenient for their schedule.We would have the customer point out what their service needs are. After that we would put together a estimate to submit to the customer.Upon submission, if the customer and I can agree on a price, (We always come ready to work) in most cases we will be able to start the job that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the tree business since 2001. I have 15 years experience working for other tree services and now branching out opening my own company.
