FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At McRibbits LLC, we price every job individually to ensure our customers receive the most accurate and competitive quote based on their specific needs. Because no two projects are exactly alike, we take the time to assess each job in detail, source quality materials, and secure the best available pricing. This approach allows us to provide transparent, customized quotes without hidden fees. Our goal is to deliver the best value for every project we take on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At McRibbits LLC, our process begins with a conversation. We start with a call to understand the customer’s goals, expectations, and the scope of the project. From there, we assess whether an in-person visit is necessary to provide an accurate quote. If not, we may request photos to help us evaluate the project and develop a detailed estimate. Once the customer approves the quote and chooses to move forward, we prioritize scheduling as quickly as possible. For smaller, day-long jobs, we typically aim to get the work scheduled within one to two weeks of the quote. For larger projects that may require additional time to source materials, we strive to schedule within a month. Our goal is to ensure clear communication and timely service from the very beginning.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
To help us provide the most accurate and efficient service, we encourage customers to consider a few key details before reaching out. First, it’s important to identify whether the project is a repair of an existing system or a brand-new installation. Understanding your ideal time frame is also helpful, as it allows us to plan accordingly and meet your scheduling needs. Providing accurate information about your home and the scope of the project is essential. For example, in the case of a gutter installation, we would need to know the linear footage of the home, the number of stories, your preferred gutter color, and whether you’re interested in any additional products such as screens or toppers. Lastly, if you’ve already received quotes from other providers, sharing that context can help us better understand your expectations and ensure our proposal is competitive and aligned with your needs. The more details you can provide upfront, the more streamlined and accurate the quoting and planning process will be.
