Do not work with this company. While the fence installation was completed quickly and looked great at the time, the follow-up has been completely unprofessional. I have been trying for over two months to get the necessary contractor information and a signed Authorized Permit Agent Form for my county's permit requirements. Despite repeated requests, Andy has been unresponsive and has completely disappeared now that the job is done. This lack of accountability has caused unnecessary delays and headaches, and it’s unacceptable for a professional contractor. Be warned—if you need any paperwork or support after installation, don’t expect them to follow through.
