First meeting was the phone call which Esterly made me very comfortable about our upcoming meeting. When he came to my home he assessed the job and let me know exactly what I need to get for the repairs. Whatever I couldn’t get he went to Home Depot for me. My job was to remove/replace a storm door, replace new door seals, replace door handle, and fix door locks. He is a professional individual, easy to talk to. His trust worthiness is what made me comfortable. Esterly is meticulous in his work and perfectionist. Now, some might say it’s too much to describe an individual but I usually stick around to learn and observe. I did the review because service and reliability are important to me when hiring contractors/technicians. I would definitely recommend him. I will be hiring him for more jobs to be done in my home.
