Very flexible to work with my schedule. Arrived and diagnosed the problem (shower stall needed to be resealed), had the tools and materials in the car, completed the work quicky, and explained why they took all actions that they did. GREAT VALUE. I showed them some cracked grout in the same shower stall and they recommended waiting a few months as the shower is relatively new and additional small cracks are likely and it would be cheaper to fix everything later than to pay twice for the same work. Will definitely hire again.

I enjoyed Mr Carlton so much that I hired him a 2nd time for my Patio. He came out promptly and explained in detail what needed to be done and pointed out problem areas that will require attention and gave a price break down and a very manageable work schedule that I can easily afford. He was extremely kind and understanding. He even spoke with me about future projects in other parts of my house. He is very knowledgeable and a jack of all trades. He is my new handy guy permanently. We needed to install grab bars in 3 bathrooms. Carlton walked us through the process of installation and sent images of bars. The day after installation Carlton sent a follow-up text to see how the bars were working. It was a positive experience! Will be using Jamaica Works again.
