My husband and I began designing and renovating our own home in 2018. We sold it the first day it was on the market and we've since renovated and sold 2 other homes. We love creative design, reusing and recycling existing materials whenever possible, and our goal is to always infuse character and personality into whatever we do. We can work with your budget to meet your specific needs.
We're available for small jobs and large, whenever you need a handyman or maybe just some help cleaning or finishing up old projects!

Kevin and Sarah were initially hired to do interior painting for us. (Fantastic job!) During that time we became aware of their many talents and skills in home repairs, updates and renovations. We subsequently hired them to do accent carpentry (window and door trim and baseboards). in the process, Kevin discovered a mushy spot in our bathroom floor and discovered subfloor and joist rot. He dove right in and completed all the repairs in time for our scheduled new floor installation (which they could have done but we already had a contract). Since they had availability, they also replaced three toilets and installed a new garbage disposal for us. we are now on their schedule in the spring for a ceiling replacement and bathroom updates. Down the road, we will hire them to Reno our kitchen.

Lawless did a GREAT job turning an old house into my new home. Their style was impeccable, putting a great deal of attention to every detail. I walk around the house daily, taking it all in. The work done on the house was solid and of good quality.
