Prime Lux did not fix my washer because he was very honest and stated that the repair would cost more than the washer was worth and it would benefit me in the long run just to replace it. He wasn’t trying to sell me a washer but did offer his opinion on the best make and model for my needs. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism and would certainly use his services again in the future.
