About
I have been a Maintenance Technician since 2007, with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial property maintenance. Although my Thumbtack profile is new, my experience is extensive. I currently work full-time maintaining a residential apartment community, where I handle everything from routine maintenance to complete unit turns and repairs. My services include regular toilet and smart toilet installation, faucet installation, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer installation; light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, GFCI outlets, switches, breakers, thermostats, EV charger outlets, and smart locks; plumbing leak repairs, HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, TV mounting, shelving, blinds, cabinet hardware, and general handyman services. I take pride in providing quality workmanship, reliable service, and excellent customer satisfaction. If you experience any installation-related leak within 45 days, I’ll return and fix it free of charge.

Very professional and responsive. Answered all my questions. Kept in contact with me about appointment and any needed items. Offered me options. Came and installed two new toilets and disposed of old toilets. Cleaned up behind himself and did not leave a mess. I have no complaints.
