Eddie responded to my request almost immediately. He quoted the repair, and was able to come out the following day. After looking at the issue together, I asked him to go beyond the repair and do a full replacement. His work was near perfect, high-quality and fairly priced. Throughout the entire process he kept checking with me to make sure I was satisfied, updating me on where he was in the process and asked if I was satisfied with each step of the work. Then before leaving, he cleaned up thoroughly, had me inspect the work before he even considered providing an invoice. I will recommend him to anyone that asks and use him for all future similar repairs.

The response time was almost immediate for a weekend. When I explained the problems, Eddie made some suggestions for repair or replace and gave me a VERY reasonable quote. We scheduled a time to do the job, unfortunately my order didn't come in before the scheduled appt. I felt really bad about having to postpone the work. However, my order was ready much sooner than anticipated and Eddie fit me into his schedule and got the job done.

I was very impressed with Eddie and his ability to perform so many different jobs. He is very personable and respectful. Never at any time did I feel that he was treating me as if he knows best because he's the professional, as I've experienced with so many other so-called professionals.

I highly recommend this company if you're looking for someone who will treat you fairly, won't overcharge and won't try to sell you on something you don't need.
