Angel was kind, professional, and up front about what was included in the cost. I’d originally hired 2 different professionals for 2 different tasks, but once I’d asked if he would be willing to do both and stay longer, we made a deal. He took his time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He install two wired Ring cameras and mounted two TVs.

Angel was ready to work and appreciated his punctuality! Replaced all my light switches, repaired a piece of damaged siding, painted a bathroom and replaced bathroom hardware. Would definitely recommend!! Will absolutely book him again for sprung house power washing and a few other projects....

My experience with Surefire was average or less than average. Although the initial contact with them was pretty quick, after concluding the first day and then agreeing to continue the job the next day, I never heard from them again--even after repeated text messages and messages on Thumbtack.
In terms of work quality, I wouldn't say that it was "great," (I wasn't particularly pleased that white caulk was splattered onto the bushes in front of my house), but he did what he was asked to do on the first day, and because he wasn't able to complete the job, he was supposed to come back out and finish, but as mentioned, he never showed back up; called; texted; or nor communicated.
In short, there's nothing special about their service or what they provide, so I wouldn't do business with them again, and if responsiveness and follow-through aren't big factors, then take a shot with them, although I wouldn't recommend them.
