Carlos and his team at Santamar Contractors took great care of us and then some. Handled a full kitchen remodel, full unit flooring, and wall touch-ups and re-paint. The place feels brand new. Carlos made some excellent suggestions I would have otherwise not have thought of, which made the final product better: particularly the shallow counter at the end. So much more functional space now.
I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for restoration or remodeling services.

Carlos, the owner, does quality work, tends to detail, responds quickly, keeps you informed on money and sequence of scheduling and arrivals. He is very professional & personable; gives detailed, exact contract. If he is ever late, he calls. Also, he is excellent at offering options to help me see my vision. If Carlos says he’ll do it, it’s done! I was so pleased with Santamar Contractors having done my kitchen that I’m now having them do two bathrooms.

I want to say it’s been an absolute pleasure working with Santamar Contractors. Their professionalism and their responsiveness is top-tier.
