My experience with this cleaner was horrible. They sent an inexperience cleaner. Did a horrible job and when I contacted the manager his disposition was I didn’t ask for a deep cleaning. Mopping floors, making bed, taking out trash didn’t know was a deep clean. Won’t be using this company again. Not to mention my originally appointment was scheduled for 2/20 @3:30 pm. And they did not show up. I ended up calling about 3:45pm the manager had no clue his cleaner never made it. No communication to let know if they were running late or not coming. Once he got a hold of his cleaner he called me back to advise the cleaner had car issues, again no one called to communicate this info to me (my time is valuable) I actually left work early so that can be there when the cleaner arrived. Also to mention my apartment is about 600 square feet not a big space not a space that requires a lot of cleaning, I just don’t have the time at the moment and I explained this to the manager. I do not recommend this company.
