- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Software prices are standardized, however, more than half of our Dragon Medical implementations are customized to the client's specific needs. All eClinicalworks EMR implementations and software maximizations are customized to a high degree, ensuring a 99% sucess rate, far above standard industry norms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a discovery call to ascertain the client's needs and to explain our services and set the proper expectations. If the client determines that our solution is a good fit we accept payment and start the implementation. We can do the actual software installation and set up, or the client can if they so choose. Most clients without extensive prior experience with Dragon Medical will usually have two or three one on one online training sessions with a certified instructor. The first one is just to give them an overview of the program and get them started. The second one about a week or so later is for the client to ask questions they've formulated while using the program, iron out any issues, as well as to get into more depth on other time-saving features of the software. The third will be more workflow and productivity focused and could include template and macro set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Trainers and Technicians are not only Certified in Dragon Medical (or in eClinicalWorks, if we are doing eClinicalworks EMR maximization training for the client) but also are either Certified or have a strong background in Microsoft Windows and general Desktop IT, as well.
