- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can vary depending on how many items are being hauled and also the distance from pick up to drop off. Most of the time I’ll set a Flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before all bookings, we explain to all customers what to expect when we arrive. We pick up, pack & transport.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by working with bigger companies like “Clutter, 1-800 got junk, Amazon & etc”.
