- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the location, type of document(s) and number of signatures required. If you have an urgent need that is outside of business hours, there will be an additional fee. Appointments are only secured by payment received in advance of appointment time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have developed a streamlined online process to gather pertinent information at the time of booking. A NNA certified notary public will certify your document at your desired location and time. If you have any questions, please contact us via email or phone and we will respond within one business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Empress Mobile Notary & Loan Signing is NNA certified and insured with $25,000.00 errors and omissions insurance.
