Spotless Floor Service cleaned my carpet this morning, and overall, the experience was positive. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet—it looks great! However, I have a couple of concerns. First, the technician used our restroom without asking permission, leaving water on the floor and the shower curtain pulled back, which was quite inconvenient. Secondly, he accidentally broke an irreplaceable art piece and my lighting fixture while working. While he was genuinely apologetic, and I appreciate his sincerity, unfortunately, the apology doesn’t restore the damaged art piece. Overall, the cleaning service itself was excellent, but greater care regarding personal spaces and belongings would significantly improve the experience.

Spotless, Floor, Services, offers hallways and regular size closets for free! We also charge by the room so a lot of customers get their monies worth with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We let them know that we charge a flat fee per room, which means that we have no hidden fees! The price you get is the price you pay!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started doing this kind of work when we were working general contracting, and we saw that carpet cleaning was a very in demand project so we decided to focus exclusively on that
