Tom provided the best service you can hope for in your property’s listing photos. The photos turned out superb. He beautifully virtually staged my empty rooms / areas, took great aerial pictures of the exterior and even provided a floor plan with only a 24-48 hour turnaround.
If you’re looking to sell your property, rent your property, short-term lease your property, or whatever, Tom is the way to go.

The photo quality was good. However, the pro is not to be trusted, because he takes advantage of elderly people, and he promises to provide additional services such as aerial drone photos of all amenities and the property for free, at no cost, and then make the customer pay for drone aerial photos of some of the amenities, by having the customer pay for additional services which includes drone aerial photos of some amenities, ground level photos of the outdoor amenities, and amenities located inside of the recreation buildings which house other amenities. The pro works under the influence of alcohol, and claims no recollection of he and the customers verbal agrees made prior to the start of the job. The pro uses false advertisements to obtain business from customers. The pro offered me a promotional service that included a floor plan which would include the dimensions of my home, and he inform the customer that the dimensions are not guaranteed to be exact, but that it may be off by a half inch or so (which can be excused as an honest mistake), but then the customer receives a floor plan that reflects dimensions that are larger by several feet in a hallway area, and a foot or more smaller in some of the bed rooms. (This much of a difference can significantly depreciate the home's value, and may also make a home seller legally liable for an intentional misrepresentation of your property). The so called Pro will make a promise to make any corrections needed, but if you pay him fist, and trust that he will correct his error, he will then refuse to make said corrections and beg you to sue him, if your issue is with one of his promotional services that he offers for free with your paid services). Note: This Pro was made aware that I was getting his photography service for the purpose of listing my home for sale, and the dimensions of a home's living space is vital to the home selling process. Prior to the job being started, I made it clear that I wanted a floor plan that included the dimensions of my home's living space, and he told me that the dimensions will be close, but may but may be off by an half of inch or less in some areas. After the pro finished his photo shoot of my home's interior, my son and I thank him for his work, and asked him if we could get him anything. The pro responded by telling us that we could give him some vodka. My son only had Tequila for after the work was completed. The pro left to take drone aerial photos of the amenities and returned reeking with the smell of alcohol to complete the exterior photo shoot of my home. Later we'd discovered that he didn't shoot photos of all of the amenities, and I had to pay for an additional service (as referenced above) in order for him to shoot the additional photos of the remaining amenities that had been left out during his alcohol break. After he'd promise to make the correction of the floor plan dimensions - and paying him for all services, he blamed me for his failure to shoot photos of all of the amenities, when in fact my son and I offered to go around to the amenities to show him where the amenities were located, but he declined our offer and claimed to know where the amenities were located. Note: Once the pro returned back from his photo shoot of some of the amenities, smelling like alcohol (as referenced herein above), his reason for declining my son and I offer to accompany him during his photo shoot of the amenities, was clear that he used that time to drink alcohol. There's more complaints regarding my experience with this photographer, but this review should be enough to warn others about this photographer.
