- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive pricing, packages, al a carte services, and discounts we offer throughout various times of the year. Please note: we require a deposit to be paid to book the work via Thumbtack. The final payment is due once the job is completed via Venmo or Zelle. We share final product after the total balance is paid. ♡ Average turnaround time is 48 - 72 hours days ♡ Expedited Fee for same day service (within 24 hours) - $50 * Please view our price lists in our photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend packages based on our customers' individual needs. Our price lists offer various options, but most customers choose our Gold or Platinum Packages. We encourage you to review our options to help us decide. Please view our comprehensive price lists in our photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with job seekers and hiring managers since 2004 in various industries, professions, and labor categories. I understand how to help my clients prepare and develop. Not only do I have the practical experience, I also have an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management/Leadership as well as a Master's degree in Adult Education and Corporate Training. I understand organizations and the importance of adult learning: mastering the job hunting and hiring process is a critical area for adults to learn.
