Luis was very professional. He did a thorough inspection of my roof, including providing pictures and explaining what needed to be done and why. Completed the work promptly and provided pictures of the work after completion. A great way to do business.

I am extremely satisfied with the gutter guard and minor roof repair work done by Luis from Cozy Home Construction. I had Luis remove a couple of old gutter guards that were failing and replace them with micro mesh guards - adding guards to the rest of my gutters. Additionally, he repaired part of my roof. He was on time for the estimate as well as the workday. His estimate was spot on for the work involved. He kept me up to date with the progress and was happy to answer any questions that I had. I saw evidence of the quality of his work just yesterday as we had a huge rainstorm - everything worked great. He did not leave until everything was well-cleaned up and showed a high degree of professionalism. He also gave me excellent advice on how to keep them maintained and any future issues I may have with my roof.
