Highly recommend FaithGuard! They made our roof replacement process incredibly easy, handling everything with the insurance company from the initial claim and pictures to the follow-up inspections.Once approved, they scheduled us within about two weeks. The crew arrived on time and completed the entire roof in one day. Sebastian walked me through the before-and-after pictures and explained the damaged areas and repairs.Great communication, professional service, and a smooth process from start to finish. Very happy with the results!

I had my roof replaced by Sebastian and the Faith Guard Roofing team, and Im very happy with the experience. Sebastian was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the project. The crew installed a complete roofing system with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration STORM Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, along with new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, starter strips, step flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, drip edge, and other new roofing components rather than simply reusing old materials. They also replaced damaged roof decking where needed and kept me informed during the installation process. The workmanship looked clean, the crew worked efficiently, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. I appreciated being able to see the new materials before they were installed, and Sebastian was transparent about what was being used on my roof.If youre looking for a contractor who communicates well, uses quality materials, and stands behind the work, I would definitely recommend Sebastian and Faith Guard Roofing. Thank you for making the entire roof replacement process smooth and stress-free!

Ms. Johnson thank you so much for leaving us a Review of your experience.
This claim process has been one of my favorites, it really showed us that when the contractor and the homeowner works as a team not excuse for denial will be enough to stop a legitimate claim form getting approved!
Thank you for the trust, it is a pleasure to have you as a client.

It was a pleasure. Good follow-up and follow through. The insurance paid for everything that needed to be done. I was out only the deductible. Very pleasant experience.

Highly recommend this company! They were great from start to finish. They did our neighbors house and came by for a free quote. Sebastian handled all the details with our insurance company to get the roof replaced and made the process so easy. Most contractors are difficult to work with and dont communicate well but not this company! Sebastian will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and that youre happy with your home. 10/10!
