In the 2-3 years I've had my pool, it has never looked and smelled this good. My water is clear, it smells clean, it sparkles, and I am enjoying swimming immensely. Christian listens to me, knows what he's doing, and has a schedule so I know when he's coming. He has even gone above and beyond by stabilizing my pool ladder, winding up my extension cord, and getting in freezing water to help get rid of the leaves from last winter. Hire this young man!!

Cris is awesome! I have a inflatable Intex hot tub spa and Cris set it up and services my spa weekly this was his first time ever providing service for a inflatable spa he researched chemicals and tub maintenance and we are about 2 weeks in. He's super reliable that means more to me than anything. ***Update to my review 7/31/2025**** I’ve been absolutely happy with the service I received from this company—until very recently. For months, I had zero complaints. In fact, I thought our rapport was solid. Chris was reliable, professional, and consistent. He came weekly to service my inflatable spa, and everything was smooth. Then one day, after his usual visit, I noticed a lot of water on the ground. I thought maybe it would dry up like usual, but everything dried except the area around the pump. That’s when I realized something was wrong—it was leaking. A few hours later, I called Chris and explained the situation. I wasn’t accusatory—I just stated the obvious: it wasn’t leaking before, and shortly after he serviced it, now it is. It was a dry, sunny day, and no one else had touched the spa. And with this clearly being connected to this service visit, I assumed it would be a quick, no-hassle fix—especially since the part was under warranty. But instead of understanding, I was told it would be a $175 service charge to come out and look at it. That’s when I got confused. I said, “But you’re already scheduled to come—why am I being charged to address an issue that occurred as a result of your visit?” His response was: “My service call is my service call. I can’t treat you any differently than any other customer.” That’s the part that really disappointed me. After months of being a loyal customer with no issues—and this clearly stemming from his visit—there was no willingness to meet me halfway. I even suggested, “Could you just swap it out this time?” or “Can we work something out?” But nope—$175, no exceptions. What made it worse was his response when I pushed back. I said, “That’s a lot to pay for something that wasn’t leaking before you came.” And he replied, “Oh, so you think I broke it?” That told me all I needed to know. Listen—these things can break. Spa pumps aren’t perfect and can go out unexpectedly. I get that. But when it happens immediately, during, or as a result of professional service of your spa, most providers would offer a little grace—or at the very least, not charge you $175 to switch out something that very likely resulted from their visit, especially when they were already scheduled to service the spa that day. Just switch it out. So, would I recommend Chris for regular maintenance? Yes. He’s good at what he does, and if everything goes smoothly, you’ll be in good hands. But if anything breaks as a result of the service of your spa—especially these pumps, which are known to go out frequently—just know you’ll be the one paying for it, whether or not it was directly his fault. That was the dealbreaker for me, and that’s why I had move on.
