Frank did an excellent job! 1000/10!! He was very responsive and did not just do the job just to do it! He talked me though the entire process as he was doing everything and he's real knowledgeable with backsplash! He also made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left! Also he gave me a one year warranty!

Frank did an amazing job with our backsplash. He is a great communicator, came on time, and finished the job the same day. He has a great eye for detail, and he makes sure you are happy with the finished product. He also was so thoughtful to clean our kitchen and hallways before leaving. We can’t recommend him enough!

This work is divided into 2 parts. I needed someone to take out my kitchen backsplash and retile. I got several responses from companies, but Frank was the only one to call me on the phone to fully understand what I needed.
He explained everything thoroughly, gave me options and said he could be here the next day. He arrived this morning exactly when he said. He removed the tile and replaced the drywall and was done by noon. I've had several contractors doing work here and he is the only one who cleaned everything up.
He was professional, kind and did an excellent job. Next week he will tile and I will update this review.

I honestly don’t even know what to say. I reached out to Frank for him to do some tile repair/add on. After doing a walkthrough, he had some great recommendations and I actually ended up asking him to demo the backsplash and install new tile. He was extremely punctual and communicates every step of the way…his attention to detail is top notch.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m also a Home Depot service provider and I have to be in full compliance with all of their training including been a certified lead paint renovator in the state of GA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 2005 I started as a helper for on of my friend and a few months later felt ready to go on my own.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, provide the contractor as much details as possible about your backsplash and at some point before the hiring try to have a conversation by phone, that way you would have a better sense of how they interact with customers. It’s very difficult if you only use text messaging.
