We started recommending Flavius with Restore Your Place a few months ago. We do reconstructions and had a hard time finding a partner for the initial water damage cleanup and drying part of a loss. When I found this team that is certified for mitigation, our clients started to have a lot of a better experience compared to using big franchise mitigation companies who don't care at all about your property and feelings. They know exactly how the insurance process works, make it easier for our homeowners and our company by cleanly removing only what is needed and leave the jobsite sparkling clean. We used to go after all the big remediation companies to do the reconstruction and usually find a big mess - not anymore. Flavius is courteous and professional, always working with us to keep some containments and protection that is needed for reconstruction and always shares his 360 walkthrough of the project and before pictures to make our reconstruction very easy. All our clients so far have been extremely happy with Restore Your Place and we will keep recommending them to everybody who calls us with a water damage emergency. You definitely want to call them first, not your agent or a big francize. Flavius can guide you through the claim in the best way possible. I am a happy customer.

Both myself and my wife are very satisfied with how fast Restore Your Place removed the water from our basement and got it back dry, ready for reconstruction. Flavius and Juan worked with our insurance to get everything covered. It was our first time having an emergency like this and couldn't be happier with their overall service.

My sump pump failed during our recent heavy rains and my finished basement flooded. I called Restore Your Place and they had a team at my house within an hour to assess damage and recommend a way forward. They worked quickly to prevent further damage and immediately started clean up/drying out efforts. Their employees are friendly and respectful, and they worked well with my insurance adjuster. I would highly recommend Restore Your Place to anyone in a similar situation near Atlanta, GA.
