Sandy is fabulous , I can’t speak highly enough of her and her work! She got back to me within minutes and then had my project done in 24 hours and overnighted it to me. She is very talented , patient and listens to what you want and also gives her creative input to so your end design is a collaborative effort which is nice! I am super excited to receive our birthday invites and matching envelopes tomorrow (she even went out of her way to find me matching 3D printed stickers for sealing envelopes ). 5 ++++ stars! Highly recommend and will most definitely use Sandy again she is just lovely overall and fabulous to work with! She really went above and beyond for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to have a discussion to ascertain exactly what the needs are, develop an action plan that suits their purpose and keep them abreast of the progress from beginning to end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience as a writer (copywriting and formal formats) and 15 as a graphic designer using a variety of software programs and platforms.
Education and training is constant, we make ourselves aware of the new software, hardware and other technology to keep current and help craft a customized message for our clients. It is this continuous research that helps us to be productive, informed and able to impart that knowledge.
