- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am currently a New Member of the American Culinary Federation here in Chattanooga, I am also studying to get my Masters Degree as a Subject Matter Expert, and teaching Culinary Foundations at the Virginia College of the Culinard here in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first degree in College was in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, I got involved in the Convention and Event Industry. My immense love of the industry

Catering for a multitude of event types.
