Ward responded quickly to my project and scheduled a walkthrough of the project. Sam actually came out and did the walkthrough, gave me a fair pro ice for three work and proceeded to complete the project that same day! Sam hung wall art, a clock, a coat shelf and a clock. He also re-hung my curtains because I did such a poor job! I will definitely call Ward again for future projects!

I was referred to Ward when my AC unit stopped working. I called him near the end of a workday and he came out the next day to assess the situation. He was able to quickly give me a quote and schedule the install. Ward and his team were on time, professional, and got the job done within a few hours - I can not recommend them enough and I would not hesitate to use their services again!

My family's heating system broke over a pretty cold Friday night, and Ward was the only company we called who came out on the same night to come take a look. The owner was prompt, communicative, and gave us an honest assessment of the problem and solution.Even though our HVAC was over 20 years old and falling apart, he did not pressure us or try to up-sell us at all, and just gently recommended considering replacing the system soon. This was really refreshing because most companies I've called out to do home repairs on our 40 year old house try to force us to replace things (things far less complex than HVAC systems) because they make more money this way.We bought our house recently and were quite prepared to have to replace the system, so we ended up getting the whole thing replaced by Ward because we felt like they were the right people for the job. They did an amazing job - I wish I could recommend them 10 times over
