I had an amazing experience with Mr Milton. He’s conscientious, honest, professional, smart, and has great taste. He basically runs a one- and sometimes two- person show. He does great work and takes his time to get it right. If you want a huge crew to descend, move everything for you and tear up your house for one or two days, Milton is not for you. If you have a job you want done right by someone you would have over for supper, Milton is your guy. Will hire again in a millisecond!

As far as the act of painting goes, no issues. As far as business, I am not happy. He got a color of a shade of sage green that was clearly not sage, you would think he would be able to tell the difference as paint is a major part of his profession. He charged me $120 for a job that took him an hour or less. He originally said the job would be 3 hours in our messages. Not a trustworthy business in my opinion and would not recommend.

Thank you for your business. Sorry that you’re unpleased with the business part of the agreement… You asked if I could pick the paint up for you. I asked what color you would like and you said a sage green. There are a million different color schemes,I got (sage green)witch was the name of the paint,that you said you would reimburse me for. My initial quote for the stairwell to be painted was 150$,you asked could I come down to 120$ an also do it last minute. Witch I agreed to do for you.I would’ve normally done this job by myself and that’s why I told you a time of 3 hours ,but I had my partner there with me so we got the job done a lot faster.the paint was 42.99 and for labor was 120. I didn’t charge you for materials. Your total was 162.99. You paid 120$!! I ask for the payment for the paint and you said you thought it was included.When you messaged me to pick the paint up you said you would reimburse me and you didn’t. Everything that was done was to benefit you. I actually took a loss doing this job. I enjoy what I do so it wasn’t a big deal to me.Calling me untrustworthy tho?? Not this business sir sorry.Take care and I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
