- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many different factors in the pricing of catering- servers, what foods are chosen, equipment, just to mention a few. We can always assist customers with suggestions to keep within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly keep up with trends in the business & continuing education to stay ahead of the game. Keeping current with education and what's relevant is of high importance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in many restaurants waiting tables, managing and training staff. Being from New Orleans, we would always invite everyone for the holidays. Every chef that i ever cooked for tried to get me to come work for them in the kitchen after coming to the house. Eventually, I gave in, LOL.
