I engaged with Shane in hopes of completing a repair to my patio door. Initially he was very timely with his responsiveness and seemed to have a solution to help remediate the issue. He was scheduled to come out a couple days later but a job ended up running long one afternoon which required him to reschedule. The next scheduled appt he ran into car and phone issues following an accident, so we had to schedule again which is completely understandable. The final attempt to schedule ended up with him not showing up for the appt and not communicating with me further, despite a note I sent on thumbtack. So I had as forced to find someone else who was fortunately available the next morning, in order for the door to be fixed prior to a party we were having at the house. So overall, he seems like a qualified and nice technician hence the 3 stars, it’s just the final lack of communication piece that was disappointing.
