- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't complicated but it is unusual. I refuse to charge someone if I can fix their computer within 10-15 minutes, although I don't refuse if they offer to pay me anyway. I also don't charge per hour; I charge per incident depending on its severity.

The Internet has everything I need.
