- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have standard pricing, but since we have to make a lot if assumptions during the quoting process. The price may change once we are on the job site. Before any work is completed we will confirm the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since our goal is complete client satisfaction we take the time to understand the clients wants and needs. To ensure satisfaction we will engage the clients before, during and at the completion of each project to ensure things are progressing to their satisfaction
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years of frustration in being over charged by service providers.
