- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I’m not looking for a big break. I want to do a job worth being paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions to determine what I will be cleaning. Having a conversation to detail what I can do in each room, a time frame, and a fair price. Set up a date. Come in and do my best job every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am brand new to this profession. I have a hunger to do this. I research methods every night to clean the best I can.
