- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a fair price for this area my product comes with a 15 year warranty. I have not had any call back other than people wanting me to do more work for them. If there are any issues let me know I I’m here to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need to collect information either for their car, home business or whatever it may be so I can give a proper estimate, once the estimate is excepted we take a 25% deposit to lock in the app and order materials needed. Materials take about 3 days to arrive if we don’t have it in stock already. Some jobs require multiple days. Most do not.

5 years experience, trained under Tintman Chris and took classes with world renowned window tinter Jeff Welch.
