I am so sorry you feel that way- I was communicating within the time frame that was in my contract. With it being busy wedding season I make sure to reply within a week. I made sure to respond in around 48 hours to all the messages received.

I refunded immediately when I realized I would be passing the booking off. I unfortunately got into a very bad car accident a week before the wedding and no longer had a way to get to the event which was well over an hour from me. I was trying to find a replacement to suggest to them so they wouldn’t be left without a photographer but before he gave me a chance to respond he threaten to call the cops and blew up my phone with over three phone calls in less than two minutes. I quickly decided this is NOT the type of client I wanted to work with and made sure all money was returned so I could fulfill me end and be done with the situation. I value all of my customers but sometimes unexpected life events come up and things need to be reworked- unfortunately this customer was rude in the process.
