My tenant had a very high water bill but no clear signs of a water leak. He promptly came out, took his time in assessing the issue (to include reviewing the tenant's past water bills to further help in determining the problem) and gave a good price on replacing a water line pipe that ran from the water meter to the house. He came the very next day and completed the job. Very satisfied.
