The Garrett Mechanical Team is amazing and huge credit goes to Aiden and Dominick as they are the best!! We were having issues with our electrical system for months and you could not ask for more warmth, support, compassion and professionalism than what Aiden and Dominick provided to my family and I (and I am sure countless others). Their attention to details was unbeatable. We are truly appreciative for their great recommendations, insights, and understanding of our perspectives considering how frustrating and difficult it has been for us based on the issues with our home and previous technicians. Now I can relax and partner with their other departments as well for a more holistic problem-solving approach compared with other technicians. Matt did an excellent job hanging the chandelier in our 20-foot foyer! We called and scheduled several companies who could not do a job that high up. Matt did the job quickly and professionally with no problem. Soon after he left, we discovered another electrical issue. Matt came right back out and took care of it. During a time when great customer service is nonexistent, Garrett Mechanical really stepped up.
