I had a great experience with Garrett Mechanical for replacement of my toilet. Dale found the reason that caused it not to work, which was an old failing pressure regulator valve. He replaced it as well as my toilet. I was impressed with his service and knowledge. He explained the issue and resolution to the problems. Although the total repair was more expensive than I anticipated, I feel good knowing that the underlying cause was resolved and would not occur again. The office was super responsive in scheduling appointments, giving me updates on my appointment. I will definitely used them again.
