We contacted Garrett Mechanical to fix a leak from an upstairs shower that was only found when water started dripping through the ceiling in my garage. Even though it wasn't considered urgent for me, they were super quick to respond, and had someone out the next day. Randall was awesome - arriving a little early, but communicating with me ahead of time. When the repair ended up costing a little more than originally expected, he explained clearly about why (how the pipes had originally been sealed with silicone instead of putty) and communicated what he needed to do. All in all, great service, trustworthy people, and responsiveness. You can't ask for much more than that!

very professional and solved my problem. there was minor issue where a screw wasn't tightened enough still causing a leak, when I called they sent someone back out the same day to solve the problem.
