The tech was Bo and his assistant that came to my house. If they are the type people that Garrett Mechanical has working for them then they are bound to be a successful company. Very knowledgeable, I could understand from the discussion we had what was going on. One problem solved and our other problem (much bigger) is being discussed. I have been given options on how to solve the big problem (old house) and the price is very reasonable. I feel good about having this company do my repairs and would recommend them.

Travis came out from Garrett’s team and did a great job! While not known when I called, he did a quick job identifying that there was a wiring issue stemming from the install of a washer / dryer. In-and-out in 20 minutes and everything was fixed & operating correctly. Fair price, very professional, very timely. Would recommend to anyone!
