I had a smelly situation with my bathroom sink, and Garrett Mechanical sent out Chip Shirley to take care of it—what a lifesaver! Chip went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and made sure I understood every step of the process. Not only did he arrive on time as promised, but, he worked efficiently and left the area spotless when he was done. I’ve worked with several plumbing companies over the years, and without a doubt, Chip and Garrett Mechanical are the absolute best. I’m officially a loyal customer going forward. I also have to mention Tracie. Tracie was phenomenal and a joy to speak with when she initially called me to schedule! Thank you all so much for the exceptional service!

I had severe clogs throughout my house. Garrett Mechanical (plumbing) was very responsive and understanding with my issue. They were out the next day to assess the problem. Rene spent 6 hours at least figuring it out. He and Nate did an awesome job on this mess. They even tolerated my constant barking dogs! Very easy working with everyone in the company. I will definitely work with them again. Very trustworthy, punctual, considerate and everyone I dealt with in the company was delightful. Great family business!

The service technicians (Electric, HVAC & Plumbing) visited and patiently listened to my requirement and gave suggestions. I did not get the work done yet as I wanted to do it in phases. I will certainly update one the park is complete as I plan to get the work done through them. Thanks Allen, Chip & Matt.
