Tariq is extremely knowledgeable about architecture, design and construction. He was able to quickly access my space and offer some ideas I had never thought about. The design is complete and now we are very happy with our new living room and kitchen. I would definitely hire him again. He made dealing with the county so easy and brought ideas for the rest of the house. We will definitely hire him when we do those renovations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing Quality a Valued Service is our focus. As such, we typically would like to walk the facility before offering a price or even an estimate. If it's a new structure, then we would want to sit down with you at our office to further understand the project in great detail before providing a number. However, we typically are able to provide same day initial architectural consultation on-site if you call before 1pm. Thus, your call is what determines how quickly we can begin providing solutions to your project. So don't wait... Call. We often surprise our clients with our responsiveness.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Phone conversation regarding the scope.
Step 2. Same day site visit
Step 3. Decide to accept the project or not.
Step 4. Explanation of project details and what to expect from us. Timeline, deliverables etc.
Step 5. Agree on number, sign agreement and start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Architecture, Registered Architect in Georgia and 7 other states. Over 20 years in construction.
