- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally my price will include everything for the job, unless I tell the customer otherwise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet with the customer and get to know them and what they are looking for. What they are hoping to create, what their time frame is, what their expectations are for the project......things like that I like to learn early on. After that I will submit a bid and work out a timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is over twenty years of experience remodeling all kinds of spaces in all kinds of homes. I also spent the last 5 years flipping my own full scale remodels in the Kansas City area. I also have a bachelor's and master's degree as I used to teach at the college level as well.
