Hey Andrea, was easy working with you and getting scheduled, Rhett enjoyed meeting you as well. So glad we could help and that it worked out to be nothing major! So many times we come behind other engineers or contractors that beat the "fear/danger drum" about things. Often they do need repaired, but they have also often been like that for 10-50 years or even longer without falling in or anyone getting hurt. So although great to get these things checked out for peace of mind, they rarely need fixed the following day and unfortunately, some take advantage and over charge for the repair work and hurry up the process to get the money and run.
